iCIMS Implementation Specialist

Introduction

The iCIMS Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of iCIMS modules, configuring workflows, conducting workshops with HR/Talent Acquisition stakeholders, managing data migration and integrations, performing testing and validation, developing training materials, and managing project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of iCIMS modules (Recruit, Onboard, Connect, etc.)
• Configure workflows, dashboards, and portals
• Conduct workshops with HR/Talent Acquisition stakeholders to map business processes
• Manage data migration from legacy systems and configure integrations with third-party systems
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues
• Develop training materials and deliver training to end-users
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and client communications

Requirements

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS or ATS implementation
• Specific, hands-on experience in iCIMS implementation
• Proficiency in system configuration and data mapping
• Understanding of API integrations
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition, recruitment workflows, and onboarding processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SaaS implementation methodologies
• Background in Talent Acquisition or HR Technology
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools
