Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Serve as lead analyst for our group on new enhancing projects that impact our DLC and Order Track applications.
Troubleshoot, recommend and resolve issues during functional and IST testing and production deployments.
Create testing data as needed for active project testing.
Work directly with business users to drive out business and functional requirements.
Creation of technical designs, system requirements and AIDs (Application Interface Designs).
Determine scope and LOE for new enhancement requests.
Skills:
Strong PLSQL
Ability to create and execute DB queries to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Use PLSQL to triage, recommend and resolve testing defects and production issues.
Strong working knowledge of Oracle DB,
Table size analysis, table maintenance, functional relationships between tables.
Strong Linux
Ability to confirm file transmissions for system integration
Strong Communication skill
Ability to work closely with business customers driving out detailed business requirements.
Ability to lead creation of System Requirements, AIDs, Work with external teams outside of our supply chain group, external vendors, DBAs, Developers, Infrastructure groups
Experience with Agile project management tools: Jira and Azure Dev Ops.
Ability to understand custom code: Java, ETL, PLSQL
Experience with messaging protocols: Kafka, ISBUS, sftp,
Experience with user management tools: (ODIC, Global logins, EntraID)
Experience with defining, executing and documenting functional and IST (integration systems testing).
Experience with using AI tools to create technical documentation
Experience with AI TAP a plus
Experience with Informatica ETL a plus
Experience with MS copilot / github a plus
