Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Director - Go To Market Finance.
Summary:
As a Senior Director of GTM Finance, you'll lead the strategic partnership between Finance and our Sales and Marketing organizations. This includes managing FP&A relationships -forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis-while also overseeing our Global Deal Desk function, which advises the field on deal structure to drive strong financial outcomes. You'll collaborate across the most senior levels of our Commercial organization to shape growth strategies, evaluate capital allocation, and implement changes that enhance financial performance.
Our Finance team plays a critical role in guiding operational leaders, executive leadership, and the board of directors. You'll contribute deeply to strategic planning and help support decision-making at the highest levels. You influence change by understanding business needs, identifying challenges, and forming data-backed recommendations. Your transparency, humility, and authenticity earn trust and help shape scalable solutions. You proactively identify opportunities, take ownership, and act with an entrepreneurial mindset.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred)
* 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, consulting, or similar fields, ideally supporting GTM leadership at a SaaS company
* Previously built financial models, analyses, and dashboards that inform key decisions, and you have a strong grasp of accounting, finance, and operational concepts
* Recent SaaS experience is required; Must have worked directly within a modern software-as-a-service environment
* Hands-on Sales & Marketing partnership; Must have supported GTM teams in real time-not just reviewing processes after the fact
* Impact-driven mindset; Can clearly speak to the business results you've influenced, including areas like booking growth and sales productivity
* Deal Desk expertise; Experience overseeing Deal Desk operations, including deal structuring, pricing strategy, and partnering with leadership to drive strong outcomes
* Process + outcomes leadership; Know how to drive alignment and execution across an organization-not just within systems-and you collaborate effectively with executives to achieve goals
* Compensation enablement; Can guide GTM and Sales leaders through the strategic conversations needed to shape compensation models that support business objectives
* Financial & operational modeling; Understand modeling end-to-end and can explain assumptions, logic, and implications clearly
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
