Director of Business Apps - Commerce Platform

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of Business Applications - Commerce Platform.

Summary:
The Director of Business Applications will lead the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise commerce technologies, with a primary focus on Salesforce Commerce Cloud. This role will drive digital transformation across the eCommerce landscape, enabling seamless customer experiences, scalable architecture, and integrated operations across Sales, Service, Revenue, and Marketing Clouds.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise business applications, with at least 5 years in commerce platform leadership
* Proven expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, with exposure to Sales, Service, Revenue, and Marketing Clouds
* Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, product data management, and customer lifecycle strategies
* Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation programs
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills

Preferred Experience:
* Prior experience in education, professional services, or regulated industries
* Exposure to Workday, Power BI, and enterprise architecture frameworks
* Experience with agile methodologies and capability-feature alignment for commerce enablement

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
