Application Delivery Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Application Delivery Director in Lake Forest, IL.

Summary:
As the Application Delivery Director, you will operate at an enterprise scale, overseeing multiple large, concurrent initiatives already in flight. You will serve as a trusted execution partner to senior leadership-absorbing tactical delivery pressure, bringing structure to complexity, and enabling leadership to refocus on strategy and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end delivery across multiple large, complex initiatives simultaneously

Lead delivery across enterprise platforms, including:
* Experience with CRM platforms, Customer portals and content-heavy digital platforms, Content management systems, and AI use-case delivery within an established delivery/factory model
* Ensure predictable, on-time, high-quality delivery and identify risks early and drive decisive resolution

Team & Stakeholder Leadership:
* Lead and coordinate internal teams and external partners
* Act as a trusted delivery counterpart to executive stakeholders
* Balance collaboration with firm decision-making
* Bring calm, structure, and credibility to a demanding environment

Stabilization & Enablement:
* Absorb day-to-day delivery execution to stabilize the portfolio
* Support scalable, repeatable delivery models (including AI delivery frameworks)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Azure ecosystem exposure
* Dataverse/Power Platform
* Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* UI/UX exposure (helpful in portal-heavy environments)
* AI program delivery experience (execution-focused)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
