RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in that is seeking a Director of Business Applications - Marketing & CRM.
Summary:
The Director of Business Applications is a strategic technology leader responsible for shaping and executing Colibri Group's enterprise architecture vision across business systems. This remote role leads a high-performing team of Solutions Architects and DevOps professionals, driving the design, integration, and governance of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions-including Salesforce, ERP, and custom platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in enterprise business applications, with at least 5 years in marketing and CRM technology leadership
* Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
* Strong understanding of marketing operations, sales enablement, customer support, and lifecycle strategies. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation programs
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Copado, Flosum, Salesforce DX) is a plus
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Prior experience in education, professional services, or regulated industries
* Exposure to Workday, Power BI, and enterprise architecture frameworks
* Experience with agile methodologies and capability-feature alignment for marketing, sales, and service enablement
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
