  • Embed DevSecOps controls (SAST/DAST/SCA), artifact signing, and supply chain security.
  • Ensure audit readiness and adherence to enterprise and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).

Stakeholder, Financial, and Vendor Management:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for platform stakeholders (application teams, security, compliance, infrastructure, procurement).
  • Manage demand intake, capacity, release calendars, and cross-team dependencies.
  • Own operating budgets, license consumption, and FinOps cost optimization.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for support, escalations, and roadmap alignment.

Metrics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and improve DORA metrics, change success rate, MTTR, platform adoption, and customer experience (CSAT/NPS).
  • Publish executive dashboards, service health, and risk/issue registers.
  • Drive Kaizen/CSI initiatives and quarterly value realization summaries.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 15 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering and 3 5+ years in service delivery or engagement management for enterprise DevOps platforms.
