Location Description

Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager of Reliability Engineering, you will play a critical, enterprise-level role in shaping how reliability is defined, implemented, and continuously improved across our manufacturing network. This is a highly visible leadership role focused on building and advancing reliability strategy, standardizing best practices, and driving measurable improvements in plant performance.

You'll partner closely with plant leadership, maintenance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to proactively reduce equipment risk, strengthen asset care strategies, and elevate reliability maturity across multiple sites.
This is a unique opportunity to influence large-scale transformation-without direct authority-by building relationships, coaching teams, and delivering impactful, data-driven solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the enterprise-wide Reliability Engineering strategy and roadmap
  • Standardize and continuously improve maintenance and reliability processes across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Develop and implement criticality-based maintenance and asset care strategies
  • Lead predictive maintenance initiatives and expand use of condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration, thermography, ultrasound)
  • Analyze equipment history and drive root cause failure analysis to reduce chronic failures
  • Coach and train plant teams on maintenance fundamentals, including work management, planning & scheduling, and preventive maintenance
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify reliability improvement opportunities and implement action plans
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure and drive performance improvements across sites
  • Lead change management efforts and influence adoption of best practices across the organization
  • Serve as a technical SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance systems, tools, and processes

Qualifications

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong background in reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCM, root cause analysis)
  • Experience implementing predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermography, ultrasound, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging CMMS/EAM systems and data
  • Certifications such as CMRP or predictive maintenance credentials are highly valued
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
