Job Description: Provide technical support and guidance for all SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365-related issues, policies, and security. 

  

RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS: 

1. SharePoint - Provide support to end users and technical staff on SharePoint related issues. This includes: 

  1. Supporting and implementing business process automation, using Microsoft Power Automate workflows, Microsoft Power App forms and data analytics. Very Important!  

  1. Providing one-on-one training and technical guidance to end-users and stakeholders including authoring system and technical documentation when necessary. 

  1. designing, and reviewing the implementation of system automation, modifications and/or enhancements in the SharePoint environment. 

2. Teams – Provide support to staff on all Microsoft Teams related issues. This would include implementing collaboration features leveraging Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Groups. 

3. Microsoft 365 – Provide support to technical staff regarding the Microsoft 365 environment and policies. This includes: 

  1. Troubleshooting functional and technical incidents occurring within Microsoft 365 and consulting with Microsoft, if necessary, for solutions 

  1. Configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 online tools. 

4. Collaborate with technology and security groups on the adoption of Microsoft Cloud based security services and capabilities.
