Summary
Role: Network Deployment Engineer
Location: Jacksonville, FL (On-site)
Required Skills:
- Certified technical engineer (typically Cisco CCIE or comparable);
- Expertise in Cisco ACI architecture, including APIC, leaf, and spine switches.
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and their integration with ACI
- In-depth hands on experience with common network hardware including F5 Load balancer, Cisco router, switches, firewalls etc., together with other preferred technologies;
- Full understanding of ITIL and service management principals and hands on experience in complex LAN/WAN, MAN, DWDM, SONET architecture;
- Full understanding and operational knowledge of loop prevention protocols like spanning tree protocols;
- In-depth knowledge of L2 protocols like HSRP, VRRP, VTP, 802.1Q, Flex Link, LACP, etc.;
- In-depth working knowledge and troubleshooting of IP routing and network protocols (OSPF,BGP, EIGRP, RIP, spanning tree, multicast etc.);
- Full understanding of operational knowledge for troubleshooting of Cisco operating systems like IOS and NX-OS;
