Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain) with extensive background in retail operations to lead end-to-end delivery of complex supply chain initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in Order Management (OMS) integrations and/or Merchandising systems, combined with deep understanding of retail business processes. The ideal candidate will act as the primary driver of project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment across cross-functional teams..

What will you do?

  1. Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead and manage large-scale supply chain and retail transformation projects from initiation to deployment.
  • Develop detailed project plans, scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Drive execution while ensuring adherence to project goals, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
  1. Supply Chain & Retail Domain Expertise
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Order Management (OMS) and Merchandising functions.
  • Oversee system integrations involving order capture, allocation, fulfilment, inventory, warehouse operations, and merchandising workflows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and integration models.
  1. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Partner with senior business leaders, product owners, and operational teams to align project objectives with business strategy.
  • Manage external implementation partners, system integrators, and solution vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate executive-level updates, steering committee sessions, and status reporting.
  1. Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and cross-team impacts; implement effective risk management plans.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise PMO standards, change management processes, and documentation requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on project deliverables and enforce best practices in project governance.

What are we looking for?

  • Recent and relevant retail industry experience is mandatory (e.g., fashion, grocery, e-commerce, specialty retail).
  • Proven track record managing complex Supply Chain, Order Management, or Merchandising projects at enterprise scale.
  • Deep understanding of OMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Sterling OMS, Fluent Commerce) and/or merchandising systems (e.g., Oracle RMS, SAP Retail, RELEX).
  • Strong background with integration frameworks, APIs, data flows, and cross-platform implementation.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably within retail or omni-channel environments.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred.
