Project Description

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to drive a multi-prong brand advertising investment program. This involves end-to-end program management as we plan, execute, test and optimize brand investments (including digital and out of home) both in the US and globally. This high-profile program (internally and externally) sits at the intersection of brand, marketing and communications for an executive facing audience. This requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution and can zoom in and out based on the task at hand.

Duties/Day to Day Overview

● Lead global end-to-end program management across multiple brand advertising investments

○ Establish joint goals and define plans across brand, global and regional marketing to execute

○ Define and manage major milestones and success metrics, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications

○ Keep teams accountable to deadlines, priorities, and action items via centrally tracked tools, operating rhythms, and escalation when needed

○ Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps early, and drive resolution for recurring operational challenges

○ Coordinate review cycles, pilots, and collect feedback to optimize and mature the program over time

○ Orchestrate program related meetings end-to-end and manage ongoing comms across stakeholders to keep teams aligned, informed and unblocked

 

● Build and maintain repeatable playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to efficiently scale our advertising execution engine

 

● Coordinate and manage budget plans in partnership with the accountable leads to ensure spend is on-track

 

● Own program communications in digestible and exec-ready format, including operationalizing reporting across functions into unified views

 

● Drive ongoing improvements via process innovation, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to increase productivity and transform workflows

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

● 7-10+ years of project management experience, ideally in brand, marketing, advertising

● Strong experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives

● Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders at the executive and working team level and competing priorities

● Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills

● Experience creating playbooks, toolkits, and operational documentation for scaled program maturity

Additional Qualifications

(Nice to Haves)

● Experience with large-scale, high-profile brand / advertising campaigns

● Experience managing projects in Asana (or other project planning software)

● Experience partnering with agencies, vendors and third parties to bring consistency and standards

● Experience in the Tech industry; financial services, payments, or B2B software a plus

● AI project management workflow automation

● West coast preferred, to manage time zones across APAC and European teams
