Role Overview
As a Senior GIS Developer, you will partner with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative geospatial solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, data governance, and technology standards.
This role will focus on developing enterprise geospatial applications, managing spatial databases, enabling cloud-based GIS platforms, and leveraging geospatial analytics and AI-driven insights to support business operations, analytics, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise geospatial applications.
Build and maintain spatial databases and geospatial data services.
Develop cloud-based GIS platforms and location intelligence solutions.
Create automated workflows for imagery processing, raster analytics, and geospatial data extraction.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver GIS solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Apply modern GeoAI and geospatial analytics capabilities to solve complex business problems.
Support secure, scalable, and high-performing GIS platforms and applications.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3 7+ years of experience developing GIS applications and geospatial solutions.
Hands-on experience with the ESRI ArcGIS Platform, including:
ArcGIS Enterprise
ArcGIS Online
ArcGIS Pro
Experience processing, managing, and analyzing imagery and raster datasets using:
ArcGIS Image Analyst
Spatial Analyst
Raster Analytics
Or equivalent geospatial technologies
Experience developing automated geospatial workflows for:
Imagery processing
Raster analytics
Data extraction

Strong programming skills in:
Python
JavaScript
SQL
Experience with GIS APIs and frameworks, including:
ArcGIS API for JavaScript
REST APIs
Web Services
Experience with relational and spatial databases, such as:
SQL Server
PostgreSQL/PostGIS
Strong understanding of geospatial data formats and industry standards.
