Job Title: SAP HANA – Program Manager

Location- Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HANA Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgrades. The role involves managing multiple projects, aligning business objectives with SAP solutions, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP HANA/S/4HANA programs including implementation, migration, and rollout.

• Define program strategy, roadmap, governance structure, and delivery approach.

• Manage multiple projects/workstreams across functional and technical teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP initiatives with organizational goals.

• Oversee planning, execution, risk management, and issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, and infrastructure teams.

• Drive data migration, system integration, and testing strategies.

• Monitor program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Manage vendor relationships, third-party partners, and offshore/onshore teams.

• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.

• 10–15+ years of experience in SAP programs/projects, with at least 5+ years in program management.

• Strong experience with SAP HANA and S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex SAP transformation programs.

• Deep understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, etc.).

• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Waterfall delivery models.

• Strong knowledge of data migration, system integration, and testing processes.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications (S/4HANA, Program/Project Management).

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.

• Experience with cloud deployments (RISE with SAP, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Signavio, or similar tools.

• Experience in global rollout programs and multi-country implementations.
