· The right consultant will have proven strategic and architectural thinking and design experience, planning system deployments, upgrades, and evolution over multiple years.

· The right consultant will have team-leading communication and collaboration abilities when working with peer engineers, security engineers, customers, and vendors.

· The right consultant will have ultimate expertise with all development IDE tools.

· The right consultant will have the ability to prepare and present technical and IT strategic concepts and information to client decision-makers and the public.

The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.
