Job Title: Agentic AI Engineer
Responsibilities:
Agent Development & Prototyping
- Design and build AI agents using agentic frameworks such as LangGraph or similar
- Rapidly prototype and deliver POCs aligned to business use cases
- Translate functional requirements into working agent-based solutions
AI/LLM Solution Engineering
- Develop and integrate LLM-based applications and workflows
- Design prompt strategies, orchestration logic, and agent interactions
- Optimize performance and scalability of AI agents
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements
- Support innovation initiatives and AI-led reimagination programs
Innovation & Experimentation
- Drive rapid experimentation cycles and iterative improvements
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and approaches in the agentic AI space
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong 3-6 years of hands-on experience in agentic AI frameworks / AI agent development
- Proficiency in Python and LLM-based application development
- Experience in GenAI use cases and rapid prototyping
- Ability to quickly translate requirements into working solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good-to-Have
- Experience in retail/eCommerce domain
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience working in POC-driven innovation environments
Work Site: Secaucus, NJ
Duration: 6 Months
