·         5+ years of PMO experience.

·         Strong understanding of SDLC, PMO processes, and methodology due to audit and compliance requirements.

·         Integration experience is highly valued.

·         Insurance background is preferred but not required.

·         Must be comfortable working in Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.

·         Not looking for an HR PM or Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities

·         Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing.

·         Produce and maintain project documentation.

·         Ensure alignment with SDLC and PMO processes.

·         Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

·         Coordinate with global vendors, especially offshore teams in Eastern Europe and Asia.

Tools / Work Style

·         Microsoft Project and SharePoint are required/preferred tools.
