Title: Senior Java / Curam Developer
Duration: Contract 12+ Months
Work Location: Raleigh, NC 27607 (Hybrid)
A Senior Java and Curam Developer is required to provide business and systems analysis, modeling, design, and programming for application development and maintenance using Java, ReactJS, and IBM Curam technologies.
The role involves working with a program team to design, develop, and maintain code for enhancements based on a backlog of change requests from business users, as well as fixing defects identified in the system. The developer will also support efforts aimed at reducing payment error rates, including automation of evidence processing, case approvals, and proactive quality control alerts.
The position will collaborate with other members of the application development team across multiple program areas to develop code based on both existing and new requirements. It also involves working closely with business stakeholders and agile teams for development, testing, and validation of functionality.
In addition, the role includes coordination with the release team for source control, code build, and deployment activities.
This role requires strong experience in Java and IBM Curam framework, with the ability to understand, design, and develop underlying rules and workflows for benefits-related products and support ongoing application maintenance and enhancements.
