Become a device wizard by flashing and updating mobile phones with the latest software.
Be the team's crucial link by creating and escalating tickets to ensure problems get solved fast.
Champion quality by performing constant checks and ensuring our work is top-notch.
Help build our knowledge by creating and maintaining clear, helpful documentation.
