Demand Generation Lead – Startup Segment (Summary)

Role Focus

Own demand generation strategy for startup audience (AI-heavy) across the U.S. market

Act as a regional “QB”, leading pipeline growth and aligning to SKO targets

Key Responsibilities

Drive H2 strategy and execution across email, paid media, events (digital + in-person)

Balance strategy (primary) with some hands-on campaign ownership

Manage cross-functional and partner teams; collaborate closely with campaigns/content team

Own reporting, dashboards, campaign execution, and event support

Candidate Profile

Background in tech + startup-focused marketing

Experience marketing to startup ecosystems

Strong independent operator who can lead initiatives end-to-end

Tools & Systems

Salesforce (reporting), Marketo (email), demand-based platforms

Experience with AI tools / LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation

Familiarity with SEO/AEO collaboration
