Workday Developer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions across HCM and Finance modules.

Leverage BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) to build pixel-perfect reports, operational reports, and check designs.

Utilize Workday PRISM Analytics for data ingestion, transformation, and advanced reporting

Collaborate with HCM, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop calculated fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and composite reports within Workday.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting outputs

Optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues

Support Workday releases by assessing impact and updating reports as needed

Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to end users"

Skills Needed

84 Months of experience working with Workday reporting tools

84 Months of experience working with BIRT reporting (including check design, customer invoices)

84 Months of experience working with Workday PRISM Analytics

84 Months of experience working with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards

84 Months of experience working with Workday HCM and Workday Financials data models

84 Months of experience working with data integration concepts (ETL processes, data mapping)

84 Months of experience utilizing Workday Reporting and/or PRISM Analytics, with a current Workday certification in either area

84 Months of experience working with Workday Studio, EIBS or integrations

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

84 months of experience in working with SQL and data warehousing concepts, security configurations and data governance in Workday
