Roles & Responsibilities
The Infrastructure Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and governing end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments. The role involves architecting and managing Windows, RHEL, and Oracle Linux platforms; leading virtualization solutions using VMware and Nutanix; and designing, operating, and optimizing cloud environments on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Supporting the Ansible, Terraform, Devops, Citrix and Github technologies. The architect will ensure high availability, performance, security, backup, and disaster recovery
across all platforms, provide L3/L4 support for critical incidents, drive root cause analysis and preventive improvements, and lead automation, monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives. The role also includes defining standards and best
practices, supporting audits and compliance, managing vendors and stakeholders, mentoring engineering teams, and producing architecture documentation to enable scalable, secure, and reliable infrastructure services aligned with business objectives.
• Operating Systems: Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, RHEL Linux, and Oracle Linux,
including installation, configuration, hardening, patching, and troubleshooting
• Virtualization: Proven expertise in VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and Nutanix platforms, including HA,
clustering, storage integration, and performance tuning
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform,
covering compute, storage, networking, IAM, monitoring, and cost management.
• Hybrid Infrastructure: Experience designing and managing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures with
secure connectivity between on-prem and cloud environments
• Experience in Terraform, Ansible, Devops, Citrix and Github technologies.
• Networking Fundamentals: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, load balancing, firewalls,
and network segmentation
