Job Summary:
Whiztek Corp is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to support one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in DevOps automation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration. This role involves building scalable infrastructure, optimizing deployment pipelines, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical systems in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable application deployments.
Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Work with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for infrastructure management.
Automate operational tasks using scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools like ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to improve release processes and deployment strategies.
Support large-scale data processing systems and real-time messaging platforms.
Ensure DevOps security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Participate in on-call support, incident management, and release management activities.

Required Skills:

Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
CI/CD tools: Harness, GitLab CI
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Scripting: Bash, Python
Version control: Git
Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation
Monitoring & logging: Prometheus, ELK Stack, Dynatrace
DevOps security best practices
Experience supporting large data processing environments and real-time messaging systems
