We are seeking a high-energy Contract Process Engineer to revolutionize how we communicate and merchandise our Cobrand Card promotions by turning complex manual workflows into seamless, automated systems. This is a "roll-up-your-sleeves" opportunity where you will dig deep into our digital ecosystem-connecting dots across Workfront, CMS platforms, and Adobe Target-to eliminate bottlenecks and help our teams work smarter. responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end Cobrand promotion workflows across Workfront, CMS platforms (OpenText, inflight systems), and Adobe Target personalization
Identify and implement automation opportunities for asset deployment, personalization rule setup, and offer management
Streamline approval and communication workflows to reduce manual steps and accelerate time-to-market
Partner with AEM & Photoshop API capabilities to automate creative asset production
Document processes, build scalable solutions, and champion continuous improvement
qualifications:
echnical & Tool Proficiency
Workflow & CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with marketing workflow tools and content management systems, specifically Workfront, OpenText, or similar enterprise platforms.
Personalization & Targeting: Proven understanding of personalization engines and rules-based delivery systems (e.g., Adobe Target).
Creative Automation: Familiarity with automating asset production through AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) or Photoshop APIs.
Technical Implementation: Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements, including the development of automation roadmaps and pilot proof-of-concepts.
Process Engineering & Analysis
Workflow Transformation: Strong background in end-to-end process mapping, identifying "communication silos" or manual bottlenecks, and redesigning them for scalability.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Skilled in performing gap analyses and assessment of automation opportunities to calculate Level of Effort (LOE) versus business value.
Documentation Excellence: Proficiency in creating professional "runbooks," current-state process maps, and training documentation for internal knowledge transfer.
Collaboration & Strategy
Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, including Marketing Strategy, Product Owners, Legal/Compliance, and Digital Merchandising teams.
Strategic Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to champion continuous improvement and present complex automation solutions to non-technical audiences.
Project Management: Demonstrated ability to deliver specific milestones independently within a fixed 24-week engagement timeline.
Solution-Oriented Mindset: A proactive, "roll up your sleeves" approach with a genuine curiosity for solving organizational puzzles and improving the employee/customer experience.
