Your focus will be to design and deploy AI systems - plus the tools, integrations and orchestration layers required for autonomous operation - to assist with complex tasks, streamline processes, and accelerate the flow of information. To do this, you will partner with researchers, developers, and traders to identify high-impact automation opportunities, as well as driving AI initiatives from concept through production.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator, confident performing in a fast-moving, ever-changing trading environment.
Requirements - Solid experience of designing and building agentic AI solutions in finance (e.g. LLMs, agentic-based, identifying processes where AI can be used for optimisation)
- Strong Python development skills
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues across the business at all levels of technical knowledge
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) from a top-tier university
