Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions to address complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications for enterprise use cases.

• Build and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.

• Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and other AI orchestration tools.

• Implement vector databases and semantic search solutions using Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or similar technologies.

• Develop and integrate AI solutions using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or other LLM platforms.

• Build REST APIs and microservices to integrate AI/ML models with enterprise applications.

• Implement MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, performance, and responsible AI.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience, with strong hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.

• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and other ML libraries.

• Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and neural network architectures.

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture.

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.

• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and AI agent development.

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, similarity search, and knowledge retrieval.

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multi-agent systems, agentic AI, and tool-calling workflows.

• Knowledge of fine-tuning, model optimization, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.

• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar MLOps platforms.

• Familiarity with data engineering technologies such as Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.

• Experience implementing AI solutions in enterprise environments with a focus on data privacy and governance.
