Job#: 3021806 Job Description: About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to help bring structure, visibility, and momentum to our growing portfolio of AI and innovation initiatives. This role sits within the AI Adoption & Innovation group and works closely with directors, product owners, and cross-functional teams to keep work moving forward. You'll support initiatives spanning five business units working with teams that range from small pods to larger cross-functional groups.
This is an execution-focused role-ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple workstreams, keeping stakeholders aligned, and turning strategy into action.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day project execution across multiple AI and innovation initiatives
- Track action items, milestones, dependencies, and risks across teams
- Keep directors and stakeholders informed with clear, context-specific updates
- Help teams prioritize work and manage competing demands week to week
- Bring visibility to both tactical delivery and higher-level progress
- Improve consistency, follow-through, and delivery discipline across projects
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a shared services or multi-client environment
- Comfort juggling multiple equally important stakeholders and priorities
- Strong communication and expectation-management skills
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (roughly 4-40 people)
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or modern project management practices
- AI experience is not required-but curiosity and comfort learning new concepts is a plus.
Why This Role Is a Great Fit
- Fully remote with consistent, long-term contract work
- High visibility with senior leaders and enterprise initiatives
- Opportunity to grow into broader or more strategic responsibilities over time
- A role where strong execution truly makes an impact
