Description
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this role, you will support the implementation of an enterprise branding update, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of brand standards across various platforms and materials. This is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design and branding.
Responsibilities:
Update branding elements such as logos, color palettes, and layouts on corporate documents, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure brand consistency in both internal and external communications.
Design and refine materials including brochures, letterheads, recruiting collateral, and benefits communication.
Apply established brand guidelines to create cohesive designs for diverse use cases.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of updated branded materials.
Assist with improving the visual design of SharePoint sites and other digital resources.
Provide creative input and design solutions for new branding challenges as they arise.
Ensure quality control of all deliverables to align with brand standards.
Work with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs.
Requirements
Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or branding-focused environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of branding principles and design standards.
Ability to create cohesive designs across various formats, including print and digital.
Experience updating and refining marketing and communication materials.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with designing for platforms like SharePoint is a plus.
