Job title: CoPilot AI Architect - Part-time

Part time - 10hours a week
Skills Needed:
Senior architect, governance & client-strategy lead His center of gravity is governance and platform architecture, plus the client-facing strategic conversations.
Own:
* Power Platform / Copilot governance environment strategy, security groups, connector governance, and the DEV UAT PROD lifecycle. This is explicitly on him.
* Environment provisioning inside the client tenant obtaining access, snapshotting current state, and standing up a governed environment for Jr AI Eng to build in; narrowing the options so the platform is safe for non-expert users.
* Client-facing strategy driving the conversations with Jeff (governance intent, the why Studio question) and framing the InfoSec/Rich discussions.
* Diagnosing the core governance problem identifying that M365 Create agent routes into the default environment, and articulating the intake-process question the client actually needs answered ( how do we turn on custom agents for whoever requests it, and what do we need to know about the requester? ).
* The governance thesis (three models) and the canary-question-as-business-requirement / acceptance-test concept.
* Mentoring Jr AI Eng defining ambiguous problems, coaching on method ( good questions are actionable now ), and translating business pain into engineering scope.
