Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Process Owner on behalf of our client in Lebanon, Indiana. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform ownership, ITSM processes, and governance within regulated environments. The successful candidate will lead platform design, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage ServiceNow platform processes, including design, configuration, and governance
Lead the implementation and optimization of ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management
Design, maintain, and enhance CMDB architecture, including CI relationships and data quality standards
Develop and monitor dashboards, KPIs, and SLA metrics to support operational performance
Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, CyberArk, and other automation tools
Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and drive process standardization
Support compliance initiatives, including audit readiness and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and automation

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience working with ServiceNow in a Process Owner, Administrator, or Architect role
Strong background in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences, manufacturing, or similar)
Proven expertise in CMDB design, governance, and data integrity
Hands-on experience with ITSM workflows aligned to ITIL best practices
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, CyberArk, or similar)
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, or equivalent)
Experience working in large, global enterprise environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
