Our IT organization partners closely with the business to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions that support both enterprise operations and industrial environments.
What You'll DoAs a Systems Engineer, you will support and evolve the infrastructure and security landscape across the Marmon Plumbing & Refrigeration Group. This role blends project-based initiatives with ongoing operational support and works closely with internal IT teams and our Managed Service Provider.
- Design, implement, and support Windows Server environments, both physical and virtual, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Architect and maintain hybrid cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure
- Support VMware and vSphere virtualization platforms and enterprise storage solutions
- Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement proactive improvements
- Provide operational support for both Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments
- Develop and manage backup and recovery solutions using Veeam and Druva
- Apply system hardening and security controls aligned with Zero Trust principles
- Partner with security teams on vulnerability remediation and incident response using tools such as SentinelOne and Qualys
- Support and troubleshoot Cisco Meraki networking infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and VPN connectivity
- Ensure secure integration between enterprise systems and industrial control systems while maintaining IT and OT network segregation
- Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and standard operating procedures
- Support compliance with Marmon IT-30 and other regulatory requirements
What You'll Need- 3 to 5 plus years of experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud deployments
- Experience administering VMware and vSphere environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and VLANs
- Knowledge of Zero Trust security concepts and endpoint protection solutions
- Exposure to IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
- Ability to travel up to 20 percent to support Marmon Plumbing & Refrigeration Group companies

Pay Range:
72,000.00 - 108,000.00
