Job Summary We are seeking an EPIC Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Epic system build and configuration, particularly across modules such as ASAP, ClinDoc, and Stork. This role focuses primarily on system build activities, with additional responsibilities in support, testing, and workflow optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to design, implement, and enhance Epic solutions that align with organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Configure and build Epic modules based on organizational and clinical requirements. Develop and maintain order sets, clinical documentation templates, and workflows. Conduct unit and integrated testing for new builds, upgrades, and enhancements. Validate system workflows with clinical and operational stakeholders to ensure accuracy and usability. Troubleshoot build issues, testing defects, and system errors, and implement resolutions. Apply system updates, upgrades, and enhancements while maintaining compliance with Epic standards. Collaborate with clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, and administrators to analyze workflows and identify improvements. Document workflows, system configurations, and process changes for future reference. Provide end-user support and assist in resolving user-reported issues. Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and support documentation. Participate in implementation projects, including go-live activities and post-implementation support. Coordinate with IT and business teams to track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least 1 year of experience in functional analysis, system design, or business applications. Hands-on experience with Epic system build and configuration. Experience working with Epic modules such as ASAP, ClinDoc, or Stork. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience testing, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare environments working with clinical users. Experience analyzing workflows and implementing system-based improvements. Experience supporting healthcare information systems and resolving system issues. Epic certifications in relevant modules (ASAP, ClinDoc, Stork) are a plus. Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Epic ASAP , Epic ClinDoc , Epic Stork
