• Experience as Product Manager for Digital Products
• Prior experience leading product teams in roles such as Product Owner or Product Delivery Manager
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong expertise in creating product vision, strategy, roadmap, key metrics and execution of product capabilities end to end
• Strong ability to collaborate and influence without authority across stakeholders (business, engineering, operations, legal, compliance & risks)
• Excellent communication and storytelling to simplify complexity and drive clarity
• Decision making skills - Make timely trade-offs considering customer value, business goals, technical feasibility, and financial services constraints
