Lead .NET Developer (Programmer 4 – PR4)
Location: Columbus, OH(5days onsite )

Job Description:
The candidate will support working with a designated application development team, including the Application Development Manager, Project Manager, Technical Lead, Business Analyst, Database Analyst, and Quality Analyst in an iterative development environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and understand application teamwork plans and project plans.
- Participate in requirements-gathering and design review sessions.
- Develop and test applications based on project specifications and interfaces.
- Collaborate with technical team members to create application designs.
- Provide work status updates and delivery estimates to the Project Manager and Technical Lead.
- Identify, track, anticipate, and resolve project issues and risks.
- Resolve issues related to accuracy and feasibility.
- Work independently and collaboratively while managing time effectively and meeting tight deadlines.
