Summary

Developer IV Genesys Cloud

Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of a Developer IV - Genesys Cloud for a contract position in Columbia, SC. The opportunity will be for one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Design and develop advanced Genesys Cloud Architect workflows, including:
- IVR
- Digital channels
- Routing
- NLU-driven call flows
Create high-quality:
- Technical documentation
- Functional documentation
- FRDs
- Workflow diagrams
- Integration specifications

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of experience in:
- Application development
- Systems testing
- Or related IT roles
Genesys Cloud
JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
REST APIs, JSON, and service integrations
Hands-on cloud experience (AWS preferred)

Preferred:

Genesys Certifications, such as:
- Genesys Cloud CX Developer (CCX GCD)
- Genesys Cloud CX Architect (GCX ARC)
Lucidchart or other workflow modeling tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to mentor junior developersAbility to influence architectural decisions
