Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead with 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning solutions, including extensive expertise in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, solution design, and business transformation initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, sales & operations planning (S&OP), and response planning. This role requires strong functional expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams to deliver scalable planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
• Design and implement SAP IBP solutions aligned with business objectives and supply chain best practices.
• Lead solution architecture and functional design across SAP IBP modules.
• Conduct business process workshops and gather functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure SAP IBP planning areas, planning levels, key figures, attributes, and master data.
• Develop planning operators, planning views, planning filters, and business rules.
• Design and optimize demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
• Lead integration of SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP CPI-DS, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business, IT, analytics, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end planning solutions.
• Support data migration, master data governance, and planning data validation.
• Lead testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional leadership.
• Drive solution improvements, process optimization, and adoption of SAP IBP best practices.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, solution estimation, and proposal preparation where applicable.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.
• Experience leading at least 3–5 full-cycle SAP IBP implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP APO to SAP IBP migration projects is highly desirable.
• Experience in global supply chain planning and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC landscapes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization processes.
• Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery environments.

• Understanding of AI/ML-enabled forecasting and demand sensing capabilities within SAP IBP.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management practices.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA/MS) is preferred.
