Our client, industrial manufacturing is seeking anHVAC & Building Automation Supervisor to join their team. As an HVAC & Building Automation Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HVAC & Building Automation Supervisor
Location: Greer, SC
Pay:$45-$49/hr.
What's the Job?
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems and equipment in an industrial environment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, conveyors, and HVAC equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant technical certifications or training preferred.
