Document analysis results and communicate findings clearly to engineering stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or another STEM discipline, with 10+ years of experience in aerospace structural analysis; or Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 8+ years of experience in aerospace structural analysis; or Ph.D. in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of experience in aerospace structural analysis.

Strong background in aerospace structural analysis, including metallic and composite structures.

Experience performing static, dynamic, durability, and damage tolerance analyses.

Proficiency with structural analysis and finite element modelling tools such as FEMAP, NX, Teamcenter, or similar engineering software.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop practical, data-driven solutions.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting aircraft development, certification, or sustainment programs.

Knowledge of aerospace structural design principles and industry standards.

Experience with finite element model development, load generation, and structural substantiation activities.

Familiarity with composite material analysis and airframe structural design.
