Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic ERP Business Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing operations. This role will serve as a functional architect for the Epicor Kinetic environment, responsible for aligning ERP capabilities with business needs and driving process efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Epicor Kinetic, hands-on experience in manufacturing workflows, and the ability to design and implement scalable, automated solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional architect for the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform
• Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce)
• Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications
• Configure and support Epicor modules related to:
  • Production & Shop Floor (MES)
  • Inventory & Supply Chain
  • Procurement
  • Finance integration
• Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow improvements
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, customizations, and data flows
• Lead workshops, stakeholder meetings, and user training sessions
• Support testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements
• Ensure system solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives

🏭 Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including:
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Production scheduling
  • Inventory & warehouse management
• Experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
• Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

⚙️ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Epicor BPM (Business Process Management) and workflow automation
• Knowledge of integrations, APIs, or data migration
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or dashboards
• Prior experience working in discrete manufacturing environments
