Required Skills & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management processes, including:
    • Service Orders
    • Contracts and Subscriptions
    • Billing and Revenue Integration
  • Design and configure Solution Quotations for complex, multi-component service offerings, such as:
    • Product + Service Bundles
    • Subscription-Based Services
    • Usage-Based Services
  • Define and configure:
    • Pricing models
    • Product/Service configurations
    • Dependency logic using Solution Quotation and related SAP frameworks
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to:
    • Gather and document business requirements
    • Conduct fit-to-standard analysis
    • Identify process gaps and recommend solutions
  • Evaluate alternatives to workflow-based overrides or heavy customizations by designing efficient:
    • Validation mechanisms
    • Approval processes
    • Standard system controls
  • Ensure end-to-end alignment with cross-functional business processes, including:
    • Finance
    • Billing
    • Revenue Recognition
