Overview:
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Account AI Engagement Lead to drive AI and GenAI strategy, demand shaping, and delivery alignment for a key Financial Services account. This role is a senior, client-facing leadership position responsible for embedding AI into the account s core engagement model and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Account AI Ownership

  • Serve as the single point of ownership for all AI initiatives within the assigned FS account
  • Align AI strategy with account plans, client priorities (risk, compliance, operations, growth), and Capgemini I&D offerings
  • Ensure AI initiatives are integrated into core account delivery, not isolated pilots

Demand Shaping & AI Portfolio Management

  • Identify, shape, and prioritize AI/GenAI use cases across the account
  • Own and manage the AI portfolio, balancing impact, feasibility, and business value

Delivery Orchestration

  • Oversee AI program alignment with governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI standards
  • Partner with delivery teams to track execution, risks, and value realization
  • Proactively escalate issues with clarity and data-driven insights

Executive Communication & Governance

  • Provide concise, executive-level updates on AI initiatives including pipeline, delivered value, risks, and key decisions
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technology teams

Required Experience:

  • 8+ years in consulting, financial services technology, data, or AI-led transformation
  • Proven experience leading client engagements in banking, insurance, or payments
  • Demonstrated success shaping and scaling AI/GenAI initiatives
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data and AI platforms
  • Ability to navigate complex client decision environments
