  • Provide technical leadership and coordination across Government and industry teams, including participation in technical planning, design reviews, test reviews, and technical assessments
  • Ensure HMI software compliance with Government Reference Architectures (GRAs) and interfaces and support integration of mission systems capabilities across platforms
  • Support rapid, agile software delivery by ensuring robust development pipelines and toolchains that enable accelerated capability delivery to the warfighter
  • Develop and deliver technical briefings to senior technical and leadership audiences and support mission capability development across all phases of acquisition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum 15+ years of experience supporting mission systems software development, integration, and delivery, with a focus on HMI, tactical operator interfaces, or other software-intensive mission capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a technical lead or subject matter expert for HMI, operator interface, or mission software efforts, including software design, prototyping, integration, and test in secure environments
  • Required familiarity with modern software development practices and agile toolchains, including the Atlassian Suite and agile methodologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing technical content to senior technical and leadership audiences
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, "tip of the spear" environment, with a strong willingness to learn and solve complex mission-critical problems

Desired
  • Experience integrating Government Reference Architectures (GRAs) into operational weapon or mission systems
  • Understanding of safety-critical software separation and isolation concepts
  • Experience with open architecture and data-centric software systems
  • Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo
  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery
