OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring an Organizational Change Management (OCM)/Data Analyst to assist the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) team to achieve successful user adoption of the new Readiness and Employment System (RES) and create data for end user training. This position will be in the United States and will be a fully remote position. Core working hours 9AM to 5PM EST.

ResponsibilitiesThe OCM / Data Analyst will support communications, training data creation, and other change management activities for the RES case management system. This role will support reviews and updates to the program's communications hub site, end user feedback, and stakeholder presentations. They will also support data creation and data validation activities used for training events.
Primary Objectives- Communicate complex ideas in easy-to-understand terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist with maintaining the customer's stakeholder-facing SharePoint site
- May support end users with specific ad hoc reporting and analytic needs to provide further insights into the data.
- Analyzes and assesses existing source system data to implement appropriate data-centric solutions.
- Works closely with business stakeholders and source system owners to research data anomalies and provide recommendations for resolutions.
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's with 2+ years of communication and analysis work (or commensurate experience).
- Experience in creating process flow charts.
- Experience in supporting project management methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills .
- Must be a team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency.
- Ability to proactively communicate and coordinate with various internal and external project stakeholders, depending on needs.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Skills and Experience - Software expertise in Office 365 (including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint) and Adobe (including Acrobat Pro and Photoshop)
- 1+ year of experience in software industry using AGILE methods
- Experience using plain language for stakeholder communications
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
- Experience working in remote environments

Posted Pay Range The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
