Job Overview

Medinext Global LLC is looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer with 1-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience, visual design, product thinking, and design systems.

The Product Designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital products from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile products.

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Translate product requirements and business goals into effective design solutions.

• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

• Ensure consistency across product experiences, visual elements, and interactions.

• Create responsive designs for different screen sizes and platforms.

• Conduct usability testing and use insights to improve product experiences.

• Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• Stay current with UX/UI trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional Product Design, UX Design, or UI/UX Design experience.

• Strong proficiency with Figma.

• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.

• Understanding of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, and accessibility.

• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Portfolio demonstrating relevant product design work is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field preferred.
