Lead Agile Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Job Summary

Seeking a Lead Agile Business Analyst / Scrum Master with strong experience supporting Agile delivery teams in automotive, commercial vehicle, telematics, or connected vehicle environments. The role combines Scrum leadership, business analysis, requirements management, and Agile governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.

• Manage sprint execution, backlogs, boards, dependencies, risks, and blockers.

• Manage work items, defects, enhancements, investigations, and technical debt in Azure DevOps/Jira.

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.

• Develop User Stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.

• Partner with Product Owners, developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.

• Maintain requirements-to-test-to-release traceability.

• Create Agile dashboards, reports, queries, and delivery metrics.

• Support test planning, release readiness, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years Business Analysis experience

• 5+ years Agile/Scrum experience

• SAFe experience

• Automotive / Heavy-Duty / Commercial Vehicle / Telematics / Connected Vehicle domain

• Advanced Azure DevOps and/or Jira

• Requirements gathering and User Story development

• Acceptance criteria and requirements traceability

• Sprint/backlog/board management and Agile reporting

• Vehicle ECU architecture, CAN/J1939, PGN/SPN

• Vehicle diagnostics, telemetry, and vehicle-to-cloud data flows

• Experience working with software development and QA teams

• Strong stakeholder communication and management

Preferred

• CSM or PSM certification

• Vehicle diagnostics / remote diagnostics

• Fleet management / OTA

• CAN trace analysis, DTCs, DBC files

• Enterprise software delivery experience
