Product Manager 2

A client of Sharp Decisions Inc. is looking to bring on a Product Manager. The position is 100% remote. The contract's duration is 6 months with possible extension. *W2 only.

Key Responsibilities:
Backlog Management
Develop, order, and maintain the product backlog to ensure visibility and clarity.
Vision & Strategy
Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements aligned with business strategy.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between customers, stakeholders, and the development team to gather feedback and requirements.
Sprint Planning & Execution
Lead sprint planning, define user stories, and accept completed work to ensure quality standards.
Performance Tracking
Monitor key performance metrics and market trends to measure success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar Agile/Scrum role.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and user story creation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritize work based on ROI and business value.
Technical understanding of software development processes.
Preferred certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance.
