Summary

This is Onsite Position in Madhapur, Hyderabad, India

  • Market H1B, OPT, and consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients across the US.

  • Share consultant profiles through job portals such as Dice, Monster, and Ceipal while building and maintaining a strong nationwide vendor network.

  • Maintain consistent relationships with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients to identify open requirements and generate placement opportunities.

  • Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, and contract terms to ensure profitable margins for the organization.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between consultants and clients, prepare candidates for technical/client discussions, and collect feedback.

  • Achieve daily performance targets including 60–100 vendor calls, 2–5 profile submissions, and regular follow-ups to drive successful placements.
