The Delight Experiences team focuses on making digital products engaging, memorable, and emotionally impactful. This team's mission is to surprise users, celebrate meaningful moments, and elevate the overall experience from functional to delightful.

As a UX Animator, you will play a key role in crafting visually engaging and interactive motion experiences across web and emerging AI-driven platforms. You will combine creativity, storytelling, and technical execution to bring engaging concepts to life for millions of users.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and refine visual and motion assets for both static and interactive experiences across digital product surfaces.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate creative concepts into functional implementations, providing clear design specifications, prototypes, and motion guidelines.
  • Iterate on designs based on user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback to enhance overall user experience.
  • Communicate design strategies effectively to cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, designers, and engineers, anticipating challenges and aligning on solutions.
  • Contribute to and evolve motion and visual design systems, including principles, patterns, and frameworks for scalable experiences.
  • Create prototypes, mock-ups, and concept explorations using modern design and animation tools to support product vision.
  • Ensure adherence to accessibility standards, style guides, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance motion design by understanding user needs, product goals, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate across disciplines to build consensus and drive innovative, high-quality design outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in animation, motion design, or UX animation
  • Strong motion design and animation skills, particularly for web-based experiences
  • Excellent visual design capabilities with a modern, expressive aesthetic
  • Proficiency across a broad range of illustration styles and visual approaches
  • Experience with modern animation tools and technologies (e.g., vector-based animation, After Effects, Rive, or similar tools)
  • Background in building or contributing to interactive user experiences
  • Basic understanding of game design principles, gaming UX flows, or interactive systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative through self-driven or exploratory projects
Portfolio Requirement
