Production Graphic Designer

Description

Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client looking for a skilled Production Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to design visually engaging presentations while maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual assets that align with our brand identity and captivate our audience. This position is based in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet expectations.

Create dynamic layouts, typography, imagery, and data visualizations to enhance audience engagement in presentations.

Edit and optimize visual assets, including images, videos, and graphics, for seamless integration into presentation formats.

Manage and maintain presentation templates and design assets to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Adhere to brand standards and visual identity guidelines in all design deliverables.

Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Research and incorporate current design trends and tools to improve processes and outputs.

Support the development of additional marketing materials, such as brochures and banner ads, as needed.

Ensure all creative work reflects a high level of attention to detail and aligns with the intended message.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on presentation design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Portfolio showcasing a variety of presentation designs and other graphic projects.
