Summary

we have multiple role - LPN/RN/CNO/ Nurse Supervisor/Chief Nursing Officer
Location - NY/GA/FL/CA/

Basic Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Active LPN license in the state of practice
Minimum 6 months of LPN work experience
Ability to push, pull, support, and lift a minimum of 80 pounds
Physical stamina for long hours of standing and walking
Current CPR certification
Annual physical where required by employer/facility
Negative TB test results
Clean background check
COVID-19 vaccination where required by the employer or facility

Primary Responsibilities

Admit, discharge, and transfer patients
Obtain and report patient vital signs
Administer medications as ordered and monitor/report any adverse reactions
Dress wounds and collect blood and urine specimens
Communicate effectively with patients and family members
Provide timely, accurate, and organized documentation of care
Restock supplies, medications, and equipment
Collaborate as a member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
